This policy describes how Richard & Hamilton Consulting Group LLC ("RHC", "we") handles information collected through rhc.consulting (the "site"). It applies to the site only. Information we receive in the course of a client engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.
Information you give us. When you use the contact form or write to us, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, organization, email address and the substance of your message. When you apply for a role, we receive your resume and application materials.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of each visit. If we enable site analytics, it collects aggregate usage data. We do not use advertising trackers.
To respond to your inquiry, to evaluate an application, to operate and secure the site, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
The site is hosted by Webflow, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Email is handled by our business email provider. These providers process data under their own terms and security commitments. We may disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and application materials for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any record we are required to keep. Write to contact@rhc.consulting.
The site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and, if analytics are enabled, a first-party analytics cookie. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
