A small firm with a deep bench: operators from the Army, the Big Four, strategy consulting, enterprise software and data science.
The team
Tucker leads the firm and its portfolio, program and operations work. A West Point systems engineer and former Army infantry officer, he holds the PMP and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt credentials and an MBA from the University of Florida, and is completing a master's degree in finance at Johns Hopkins University.
Erik leads the firm's finance transformation work: finance function design, close and reporting redesign, controls, and the financial models behind capital decisions. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an alumnus of PwC.
Justin leads strategy engagements: cross-functional problem structuring, operating model design and portfolio decisions. He is an alumnus of Boston Consulting Group and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Anna is the firm's principal data scientist and solutions architect. She designs the data backbone, dashboards, automation and AI agents the firm deploys, and the business architecture they sit on.
Alex leads transaction and investment work: M&A support, diligence, valuation and structured financial solutions for mid-market owners. A West Point graduate, he served as an Army infantry captain before moving into deal work.
Sarah runs client partnerships and the firm's strategic relationships. An Oracle alumna in product and client management, she owns how engagements are scoped, proposed and kept on track for the client.
Ivan works on operations and program engagements: schedule audits, benchmarking and financial models. A West Point graduate and Sapper-qualified Army engineer officer, he is a candidate in the full-time MBA program at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
How we staff an engagement
A principal leads every engagement from the first conversation to closeout. Specialists join for the part of the problem that is theirs: a CPA for the close, a data scientist for the backbone, a transactions lead for the deal. Teams stay small enough that everyone on them knows the whole problem.
